Da oltre trent'anni produciamo gli insaccati tipici dell'Abruzzo.
Con grande passione, da allora, ci dedichiamo a questi squisiti prodotti tipici, tra i quali, non può che spiccare la rinomata Ventricina del Vastese, che viene prodotta cone un'elevata maestria gastronomica e fedelmente alle antiche ricette e tradizioni.

I nostri Prodotti Tipici
Tra le specialità più rinomate della nostra produzione artigianale (e facciamo tutto come ai vecchi tempi), possiamo menzionare: Salamini sia bianchi che rossi, la Ventricina di Vasto, l'originale delle nostre terre, la Lonza e le Salsicce sia di carne che di fegato, bianche e rosse. Le carni utilizzate per i nostri insaccati provengono da allevamenti dell'entroterra Abruzzese cresciuti in pascoli naturali e alimentati da prodotti incontaminati.
